In March 2022, NICS WELL partnered with Epilepsy Action to provide an Epilepsy Awareness Session to recognise Purple Day 2022.
Epilepsy is one of the most common serious neurological conditions in the world. It affects over 20,000 people in Northern Ireland alone. This means that almost 1 in 100 people in NI have epilepsy. Epilepsy can affect anyone at any age and from any walk of life.
