The Charity for Civil Servants has recently launched an engagement network, ‘The Champions’. Encouraging like-minded civil servants to support each other by detailing how easily people can access the Charity’s services.
Becoming a Champion simply asks people to share information about what support is available from the Charity with their colleagues. They will be given all the tools they need to be confident in these conversations.
The Charity will be organizing monthly virtual coffee mornings: informal catch-ups allowing Champions to hear from guest speakers, learn more about the Charity as well as ‘meeting’ other Champions to share successes and experiences.
