Unfortunately we often leave our health to chance. We tend to eat fast food too often instead of trying to eat a balanced die, we put off that doctor’s or dentist’s appointment, avoid exercise, and self-medicate with alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, and what we’ve read on the internet, TV or magazines.
