We've been through a lot these past couple of years. Covid has not gone away - not at all - but we are beginning to live with it.
To do this, we need to be at the top of our game, physically and mentally. So, for this year's Men's Health Week, which runs 10-16 June it's time for all men to give themselves an MOT.
It's never been more important for us all to use Men's Health Week to support men to take better care of their health.
