Awareness Day
International Self Care Day occurs every 24th July and was established by the International Self Care Foundation. The day acts as a reminder to everyone about the importance of looking after themselves and to equip people with the information and skills necessary to partake in their wellness.
This can include anything from following a healthy diet and exercising proper cleanliness, to developing disease-prevention strategies in one’s daily routine.
