In this session, Marion Mutch, the NICS Account Manager for Inspire, will take staff through an interactive demo of the recently updated Inspire Support Hub and provide an overview of the additional supports available within their Employee Assistance Programme.

Inspire’s employee assistance programme ensures that NICS employees can get support with professional and personal issues when they need it. 

Our EAP provides:

  • Freephone Helpline, available 24/7 – 0808 800 0002 providing support from qualified, experienced counsellors
  • 6 sessions of face-to-face/ structured telephone/ video counselling (depending on client’s preference)
  • Access to the Inspire Support Hub, offering digital information and tools to protect and promote mental health and wellbeing
  • PIN = NICSHUB
  • Financial and legal specialist information to help cope with life’s challenges

 

Inspire counselling services are completely confidential and provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you are free to talk about whatever is bothering you.
