How helpful would it be for you to understand what really drives your behaviour at an unconscious level? What if you could understand how to change unwanted behaviours that would allow you to achieve better mental health-would that be useful?
In this workshop we will explore the areas of your life that are adversely affecting your mental health and look at ways to change these to get more positive results. In particular we will help you to identify unconscious and perhaps in some cases, unhelpful values that you may be attached to in your career, relationships or health.
