There is so much information out there on nutrition, it can be hard to know what to eat. This session looks at different foods, nutrients and habits that can impact our overall nutrition and provides practical advice on how to manage a healthy diet. Including issues such as gut bacteria to getting enough sleep we look at the science behind maintaining a healthy weight and explore why it is harder for some people to manage their weight. With practical tips and some surprises, this is a new way of looking at how to be a healthy weight.
