My Names Niamh and I’m currently a finance Support officer with Discretionary Support based in Lisburn. I’m now into my fourth year with the Civil Service and it’s been a journey. I believe that with what my job requires makes me good for the Champion role because we must lean on each other for help and support, it can be emotionally draining being the listening ear to the Public. The staff here are amazing and do what they can to help, but I strongly believe they need help to feel the lighter side of things and find balance in the workplace and I hope that I can bring that to my group of peers.
